Mike is a CPCS with MGM. Mike is super responsive during his working hours, responds to emails within 5-10 minutes. In fairness I’m a lower level gambler with a daily gambling budget of 1,500 per day usually. Mike is good about knocking money off my folio depending on my play, last trip I had almost 400 left on my folio and he wiped it clean besides tips.
One nice gesture was on my wife’s special birthday dinner he sent over special drinks to our table and a birthday cake to our room.
We aren’t needy and know we are low level so the fast communication and a few extras here and there mean a lot to us.
